HOG ROAST & BBQ
Hog roasts are a popular way of feeding large groups of people on a budget. They are informal, and the food can be served over a period of time making them a good choice when arrival and departure times of guests are varied. It is worth bearing in mind that there are minimum numbers required as the size of the pig will vary. Typically, you will need between 100-120 guests to avoid waste.
BBQ’s are another popular option for summer parties. The menu can be tailored to your choice, dietary requirements and budget.
